Domino's Pizza review: Can't deliver without land line phone number ( 26 comments)

I'm filling this out for someone that doesn't have access to a computer. He called Domino's to order a pizza and was told that he had to have a land line in order for it to be delivered. I have called before from my cell phone before and had pizza's delivered before to the same area. He asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the same thing. He was very upset because he doesn't have transportation and couldn't go to pick it up. He asked if I would fill out the complaint and I told him yes.

Owner having tobacco in his mouth wile fixing food and talking to customers.. He drinks on the job also..

-Always bad service
-May leave you unattended till you leave
-Act like it is a playground, or party
-Do not speak properly
-Say things when they think you can't hear them, but you do

Domino's couldn't make a pizza if it slapped them in the face. Domino's sux balls. DiGiorno beats Domino's anyday anytime. Oh yea, and for a fraction of the cost. Don't waste your time or money ordering a single thing from Domino's. They SUCK!

I just spent 31.00 dollars on two pizzas. One was okay the other was a big disappointment.It did not have over a quarter cup of sausage on a large pizza.On each piece it had maybe three little pieces.I will never go back.

I ordered delivery and used a credit card. When the order came they said I asked to use cash. I gave them my cc info and the next day my human resources dept got a call saying I was using a stolen credit card. No one ever bothered to call me first to verify that the CHILD that delivered my pizza got the cc numbers wrong. I am presently filing suit against them.

The ham and cheese that me and my friend orderd was a ham and cheese and we wanted to get lettuce and mayo very simple and the person onthe phone a person from dominos said that the can put stuff on the sandwich but they cant take stuff away. We didnt take anything away we tried to add mayo and lettuce

I love Domino's, but last night we had Domino's delivered, two sandwishes and a thin pizza, we spend 29.22 for a cold & greasy pizza that was even stuck to the top of the box when I open it. I tried to eat this but it was so greasy, I just couldn't handle all that cholesterol. I was so disappointed...

You say you "love Domino's" but "can't handle all that cholesterol", WTF? Did you even read your post BEFORE you hit enter? LOLOLOL
Did you cal the store back and tell them the driver took too long and the order was cold? I have NEVER had a problem getting satisfaction from Domino's when this happens, and as a truck driver, I eat a lot of pizza in motels let me tell ya! Did you tip the driver? I bet ya did, your that kind... ;)

Pizza and wings were unprepared not cooked all the way. The cheese on the pizza was not melted nd pineapples were cold. The wings were under cooked and cold also. It normaly takes atleast 45 minutes for them to deliver here. When I hung up the phone my food was here within 10 minutes. I have never seen anything like it before Dominos has lost me as a customer offically.

Dear hopeless human being,
I would just like to inform you that you are in fact a ###, your brain is the equivalent to a whirlwind of flaming fecal matter and i'm surprised that you even remember how to breathe...luckily for you i have the solution, step 1: call dominoes back and tell them about your dilemma step2: receive and apology for the bad service and possibly get what you ordered for free step3: consider this experience when getting pizza next time and stick with family owned restaurants that actually care about their customers and will do whatever they can to get you back as a consumer

I work for a dominos store, and yes they can take stuff off, and put stuff on. However, the stuff the can put on is the toppings they have in the store, meaning if you want pineapple or pepperoni, or olives added you can do so. Dominos isnt subway, they dont carry mayo and lettuce in the store.

although the chicken tasted okay, the size of the pieces varied too much. some were no bigger than the eraser on a pencil. i realize that some size will vary a bit but not by that much.

One day I order Two deep dish pizza at domino's location at 7816 Louetta Rd
SPRING, TX 77379.They deliver wrong pizza

then I called the manager he said I have to pay more which was I already paid .they charge me two deep pan pizza and gave me one deep pan pizza and they are not sorry for that also.

Wow i have always bought dominos and today was the first time that im thinking of going somewere else I travel and buy at the same location in az phone [protected] a csr named tony asked me for my adress and I said can u hold on one second he said no call back when u get the adress didnt even let me get the hotel buisness card so I can give him the adress for my order then h hung up on me !

When they had the 30 minute guarantee, the driver refused to honor it. I sent him away with his overpriced pizza.He came back and bashed my mailbox. No more Dominos. Ever.

Drivers delivering at 24681 La Plaza Dr. in Dana Point constantly block access to driverways. When asked to move their truck up a few yards, they ignore the request. Moreover, the franchisee claims no responsibility by stating that they are "company" drivers over whom he has no control. Good way to foster customer feelings towards Dominos Pizza.

Every time I see the Domino's Pizza commercial, where the little girl, throws a tantrum and hits the lady in the face with a ball, just infuriates me! The fact that you as a company keep airing it, tells me you condone the little girl's bad behavior! Totally unacceptable to me!

I ordered an Italian sub and a bag of chips on the internet. The total for the chips came to .75. When I went and picked up my order, I was given a 1 oz bag of Lays Classic Chips. Now that is a rip off. I paid .50 more for a bag of chips that should only cost a quarter.

My fiance and I ordered a pizza about 2 weeks ago from the Bangor Maine store and he called to make a complaint he spoke to John who has said he was the manger well come to find out he is the assistant manager he swore at my fiance and granted my fiance swore back at him which even in any kind of management position you shouldn't swear at a customer who is paying not only for a pizza but their paycheck.My fiance has ordered from there for along time and John has said time and time again he was the manger don't lie if your not the actual manager give me a break.After my fiance was treated like that he got a hold of the district manager and let him know what had happened and he was supposedly going to write this John guy up and call him back and he hasn't what a liar but don't worry neither one of us will never order from there again or any other one of their stores and word of mouth does spread.

we ordered pizza from your Sherman store for the first time and that will be the last. how could you build your own pizza when they will not let you leave the sand out because that is what cornmeal feels like when you eat it on the bottom of pizza. we just wanted to be able to have what you implied, build your own, but you can't truly build your own but you can build an almost your own.
