I declined loss damage waiver when picking up my rental car at Sarasota airport, but was still charged. I called corporate and was told issue would have to be resolved at the airport and that someone would be at rental desk 24 hours a day. Person on the phone told me she would make a note under my reservation (rental record # [protected]) and agent at the desk at the airport would see it. I am at the airport now and nobody is at the desk. I am owed a refund of $147.96.
