Dollar Rent A Car

I made a reservation to rent a car for my last trip which it was Hawaii. When I got to the rental place the lady at the counter was trying to get me to upgrade and I told her what I paid for was big enough and I knew then they didn’t have the car that I initially put in for was not available. My question was to myself why are you trying to ask me to pay for an upgrade. We go to the car lot and the guy stated we don’t have that car right now! But I can put you in this which was a Cadillac Escalade and we said yes that will work. The truck was kind of in the dark and we couldn’t really see all the dents and scratches on the truck. Fast forward that truck was a disaster and it shouldn’t been rented out. I guest he thought he was doing us a favor. I drives a 2020 infinity truck so that truck didn’t impress me. That truck need work and the seats was filthy, while you sitting with the truck running it smells like gas and that truck Have Many scratches on it! I paid too much money for this rental! That truck needs much work.
