My daughter had an accident on Memorial Day and all the rental agencies near us were closed so we had to go to the airport.
I found a “deal” online at Dollar and reserved a car at $36/day.
My daughter lives 3 hours away from me. She was unable to return the vehicle and extended it a week. The paperwork said $175 week.
She got rear ended and reported it online. No one ever contacted her.
We returned it and told them and they took pictures.
Then my card got charged $1400! My blood pressure went up. I am waiting to receive their paperwork she is mailing to me to contact them. After reading the complaints I am not hopeful but will call the number I saw on this site.
The daily fees are around $80 and there are additional fees added on
I plan on going to BBB, my state, maybe the airport to report this unethical stealing.
