Dividend Finance review: Solar loan

We were given a loan with Dividend Finance, while never filling out a loan application, or at least not remembering, we have been trying to obtain a copy that is non-existent. The solar that we purchased from day one after installed never produced as promised and we had communicated with both the solar company and the loan company, and neither would assist us. The solar company, PHS/Pink Energy has since closed their doors and went bankrupt, and Dividend knew what was happening and is as copiable as PINK for their actions. Prior to closing their doors PINK sent us a settlement and release agreement to pay our loan off with DF and they even named DF in the paperwork, that once paid we couldn't say anything against DF, interesting they would say that. Once PINK closed their doors and didn't honor the agreement, I sent a copy to DF, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I have communicated with DF for this application for several months and am having no success in obtaining the loan application. The agreement that you sign for DF is done on a tablet and is very inefficient.
