I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the excessive delay in processing my Unabridged Birth Certificate application.The application was submitted, and I was advised that the processing time would be approximately 6 weeks. This timeframe has now been 12 weeks - exceeded by a considerable margin, and causing inconvenience and delays in further applications.

The fustrating part of it all is the lack of communication, one can not get through to Home affairs and there is no way to know when this will be done.
