I went for passport collection at brits home affairs on the 3rd of September 2025 which I made an appointment for it, the appointment was for 12:00-13:00 n I got there by 12:18 so they refused to help me because apparently I was supposed to be there by 12:00 sharp. Now I have to go home empty handed n the lady who was responsible for this had a very bad attitude n even insults people...
They are inconsiderate and can't work well with people. Their attitude can frustrate one
