I applied for a passport on the 4th of June 2026 at 13:51 pm. I paid for that application at the same time and was told that I hadn’t paid. It turns out the number on the ID in the receipt is wrong and so I assume my application ID number is also wrong. I am requesting a refund to the card that paid for the application as I now have to create a new application.
