I app**** for my ID at the Tongaat Department of Home Affairs over 8 months ago, and to date, I have received no feedback whatsoever. I have sent multiple emails to officials including Derrick Naidoo, Aldino Subramoney, Andrew Ngonyama, Fikile Shabalala, and HACC, but my emails have been completely ignored. This level of service is unacceptable.
Home Affairs is supposed to serve the public efficiently, yet I am left without an ID for months, unable to access essential services. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking.
If you value your time and sanity, avoid this branch or prepare for endless frustration. I strongly urge management to address this incompetence immediately.

Recommendation: dont use tongaat home affairs you will stand for hours to be assisted and then wait months on end to get your documents
