I had two rewards on my account. One expires on 9/12 and one expires on 10/16. Suddenly, I have no rewards at all and only 24 points. I have messaged several times on FB, written twice through their website and called. When I called, the AI said that my complaint had already been registered on their website.
What is the point of trying to get rewards, if they are going to disappear?
I have read complaints about the food, but actually we like the food at Denny's. We used to go to IHOP all the time, but the food at the locl IHOP is bad, so we switched over to Dennys.
Usually when you complain on FB, other companies get back to you in hours.

Desired outcome: I want my rewards back before they expire.
