Denny's review: Definitely needs to be acknowledged for going above & beyond! Customer service

We came in during a busy rush and Aquilla was handling the floor almost entirely on her own. Even while clearly slammed, she stayed calm, organized, and genuinely kind. Our drinks came out quickly, our food was correct, and she checked in without making us feel rushed or forgotten.

What stood out most was her professionalism under pressure. She was seating guests, running food, and serving all at once — and still managed to keep a positive attitude and make everyone feel taken care of. That kind of service is rare, especially in a high-volume restaurant.

Aquilla went above and beyond, and it showed. She handled the rush like a true leader and made our experience great despite how busy it was. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve had — Denny’s is lucky to have her. she really cares and knows what she’s doing. Best service we’ve had here in a long time.
