Denny's review: Customer service and food not to requested standards

I hate to do this but I ordered online and went in at the time the website said the food would be ready. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come up to me. My food was sitting on the counter that whole 20 minutes. I requested extra crispy hashbrowns that were barely brown and not crispy at all and not worth the almost $5 for the small amount I was given. On top of that my food is cold. I know I didn’t purchase a whole lot but it sucks to come home and have to reheat my food. I live down the road so it took me 2 minutes to get home. I suggest an actual email for when your food is ready along with someone who is working at the counter for customer service. Thankyou and sorry if this seemed rude. Order number is 1567885. I didn’t know there was a place for pictures as I tried reporting this on the order site. Then it froze. So I don’t have pictures of the small lack of color hash browns. Sorry
