Received specs from college for my teenagers soon to be system. Excited to put together. Went online, chatted with professional who put together a very good computer. Above budget but went with it. Reviewed. Placed order next day. Right away Dell informed me that charge did not go through. Called bank, on my end it did but Dell insisted it did not. Then placed on another card. Went through. Prompt delivery of two computers occurred. Both cards charged. Ok. let's return a system. Not a problem until opening up one of the computers the hardware configuration was wrong. Contacted DELL. Sent in DELL chat showing that the system was to have a certain number of ports. Sent pictures. First response unable to assist. I responded to email. Sent DELL chat once again. Received another response that virtually was incoherent and showed a complete lack of understanding. If I could I would rate my experience 0/5 or 0/10 or whatever scale you want to use. At this time still no resolution. No customer service. No suggestions to remedy issue. Just an email from faraway telling me tough luck. DELL has provided third world assistance with first world pricing.
