I requested the cancellation of my Deem credit card five days ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no action or response from Deem Finance. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves financial products.
If Deem Finance cannot handle a simple cancellation request in a timely manner, it raises serious concerns about how they manage more critical customer issues. I expected better communication and accountability.
Very disappointed. I do not recommend their services.
