Innovation Refunds was easy to work with. *** was fantastic helping me make sure we had everything we needed and continued weekly follow up messages with me to let me know how the process was going. *** was available to answer questions for me anytime as well. I highly recommend Innovation Refunds.

Our bank introduced us to Innovation Refunds to apply for the employee payroll tax credit. They did everything they said they would do and we received refunds much sooner than they expected. Michael Dinos, Mathew Wilkins, Denise Dawson and Jeremy Shorars were our contacts as we worked thru the process. I was very pleased.

Innovation refunds is the best! I was skeptical at first, but I have received my payroll refunds with their help and have been very pleased with their services. When I first heard about Innovation Refunds it sounded too good to be true. I can now tell you now after receiving 5 refund checks from the IRS its legit. Was not too sure about using Innovation Refunds, sounded to easy to be true, always leery of those kinds of deals! But I have been pleasantly surprised our rep Devonte' Thedford has been really easy to work with, walked me through the process and its been exactly as he has said. We have received 2 of our first checks, does take a bit to start receiving the checks, the process is a little lengthy but guess that's to be expected dealing with the government. So glad we did this and would recommend to anyone that has a refund coming.

I'll admit I was skeptical at first but Zach convinced me to give it chance. I'm so glad I did, Zach walked me through the process and was very helpful in answering my questions. He told us what information they needed, kept us informed throughout the entire process and told what they expected to get back for us I was amazed. My own accountant told me I wasn't eligible for anything. Started the process in July, got the payments in January. Heidi and Debbie kept me posted on any progress and answered my questions. Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful throughout the process. With no cost or risk upfront I urge any business out there to contact Innovation Refunds and get back what is owed to you. Customer service and UX/UI at Innovation Refunds are really outstanding. Adrean Johnson-Wigley and Kelsey Ferrell worked with me through two of my applications and made the process super easy. They were eager to help at every step of the way. For the fee that Innovations Refunds charges, I would not expect any less. Glad to see that a good portion of the six figures the company is earning through its contracts with my companies is going toward procuring talented customer service agents. I vetted one of IR's competitors and although they charged a lower fee, their sales folks were of the used car variety and their application/submissions process was way clunky. To Adrean and Kelsey - I hope this review gets you a raise or at least a pat on the back.

We are a small business in ***, to be honest I was hesitate at first about having IR to apply for our ERC refund as I heard about them through a friend, but I figured I have no loss anyways, at worst we are not getting anything and I have the option to pay $0 upfront cost, if you dont get paid, neither do they so decided to give them a try.Choosing IR is one of the smartest choice Ive made, *** helped us throughout the process, and made it super easy for us. They will do all the paper work, once done, they will mail you everything with the total refund amount and sign off forms, then you would just mail the whole pre-stamped envelopes. We applied last Oct, 21 wait can be a little long but again its the *** thats backlogged, we FINALLY got our partial checks as of Apr.22! Thank you guys!

I would be wary of this company. I think they are a heavy marketing operation that used radio advertising to create a huge demand for the service. They have a bank of telemarketers that do the follow-up and try to get all of your information properly entered onto their portal. This part appeared to go pretty well, as they aggressively worked with me to get all of my information into the portal or if I sent a file to them, they would enter that file into the portal for me. Unfortunately, the telemarketers are churning out the customers, but it appears they are understaffed to actually do the technical review work. So then things just die. I completed my paperwork and sent in the requested files on August 8, 2022. Suposedly it gets sent to a tax attorney/*** who reviews the documents, but I am still waiting 6 weeks later. What is worse - I cannot get a straight answer as to where my application is in the process. All answers from the telemarketing team are very vague, even though it will be the telemarketer that will get you to sign the agreement (to pay them their fee). For example, if indeed it is a first-come-first-serve process, where am I in the process? Has the *** started to review my files, yet? How many companies are in front of me? The response - "our system doesn't work that way. I can't bother them as that would slow the process down. They're not going to give me that information" So I ask the question, Is there anyone who submitted their work by July 1, 2022 who has not made it through the review yet? The response - "our system doesn't work that way. It depends on the company and the information." She avoided answering the question - very slick. But it gets better! I ask the question, Has any company you have worked with that submitted their paperwork on July 1, received their approval to be sent to the *** for the refund? The answer? Another non-answer! She said is was possible, but she doesn't keep up with dates clients submitted work.
