This company, Beacon Funding Corporation, is a bad lender. There are lots of lawsuits against them, so stay away! They try to scam you in any way they can.

I had a great experience with Beacon Funding. I have a small biz and had problems getting funding from other companies. Beacon helped me finance a new 14 passenger van for my daycare. I worked with Dan who was amazing. The customer service was great. I'll definitely use this company again as my biz keeps growing.

I wanna give a shoutout to Beacon Funding Corporation. So, I started my biz in July and by October , I needed some commercial equipment. No worries, Beacon Funding had my back and funded me right away. But then, this whole pandemic thing hit and business got real tough. I was struggling to make the payment on my equipment when outta the blue, Donald *** gives me a call. I didn't even ask for it, but he wanted to know if I was alright and if I needed any help. I told him, "Yeah, man, I could use some help." And guess what? He actually helped me out! That's when I realized that Beacon Funding really cares about their clients. They wanna make sure we're taken care of and not stressing about the country's mess or our company bills. So, I just wanna say thanks again, guys. I called Beacon Funding Corporation to inquire about the payoff amount. I promptly wired the money as requested. However, I had a concern regarding the security deposit I had left for two trucks that were paid off ahead of schedule. The total amount of the deposit was eight thousand dollars. Surprisingly, when I asked about it, they informed me that it was already included in the payoff amount. I expressed my frustration, wondering why they hadn't informed me about this beforehand, especially considering I had already wired over a hundred and twenty thousand dollars.

On 10/20/2022, I gave up my tow truck to Beacon Funding Corporation to settle my financial obligations. The truck was successfully recovered from the former employee on 10/26/2022. I received a letter on 10/27/2022, confirming the sale notice for 11/07/2022. On 11/01/2022, I found out that the former employee still had the vehicle. So, I called the finance company to make sure that the ownership and financial responsibility had been transferred to this person. The recovery asset manager told me that I would only be held accountable if the individual stole or stripped the truck. He mentioned that the sales rep complained because he didn't want to lose his commission. I replied that this meant I was still financially responsible. I insisted that the company send me confirmation that the truck was no longer under my name because I had voluntarily surrendered it. My financial responsibility would only be the difference between the sale amount and the remaining balance. I also informed them that I had an order of protection against the person they released the vehicle to. However, Beacon Funding has now stopped responding to my emails and phone calls.

Our company financed a truck through Beacon Funding. We got a 2015 *** F550 and paid off the contract BFC10983-01. We tried to get the title for the vehicle but ran into some issues. We went to the local title bureau in *** and they told us that Beacon Funding applied for a new title in 2020. The new title number is ***. However, the title is still in Beacon Funding's name and they haven't canceled the lien. We reached out to the company on Friday, September 16, 2022, and spoke with ***. He informed us that our security deposit of $5983.32 is with the company and he will work on getting us the title. He confirmed the address where the title should be sent and said it would be mailed out on September 19, 2022. We were told that the title had already been sent out previously, but they sent a replacement copy this time. If we didn't receive it, we would need to pay a $50.00 fee for another one to be sent. We never received any information about any previous title being sent. We have been requesting this title since February 2022 and have attached the email thread for reference. The vehicle has been fully paid off, and we entered into another finance agreement with Beacon Funding for a different vehicle in 2020. In February 2022, ***, the representative for the new account, informed us that the title for account BFC10983-01 would not be sent out until we paid the late fees on the new account (BFC10983-04). We are seeking assistance from the ComplaintsBoard.com to help us obtain the title for our 2015 *** F550. Thank you.
