Deem Finance review: Credit card

Dear team,

I informed 5 times to customer care to closing the credit card.
But still I didn't receive any closing confirmation
Last week I called and they assured the it will close withing 7 working day.

This closing process I started last one month.

I am very disappointed with service.

Please close and sed confirmation ASAP.
