So on the 24th November 19:30 I placed an order for an on the double deal for delivery and was told it would take 1 and half to 2 hours. By 22:00 I had received nothing yet and nobody answered my call for the next half hour that I tried calling. Note I jade no food in my house at that time which is why we ordered the pizza. We all just went to bed extremely hungry. I have 2 kids age 8 and 6 who fell asleep hungry. I didn't even have bread. It is 13:30 the next day, 25 November and still nothing? What kind of service is this? I received a call 01:30 in the am from them, I was sleeping. That is not a decent hour to call. So I called them now and I was asked if I would like to replace my order. Why the hell would I do that? I must pay for something that I had ordered yesterday? Almost like nothing is wrong? Are you serious?

    Oh and this was westgate mall branch in Mitchell's plain as promenade was offline
