I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dawlance's after-sales service. My refrigerator stopped cooling, and I registered a service complaint in early May 2026.
A technician initially visited and informed me that gas charging and a relay replacement were required. However, after that visit, I faced continuous delays, missed appointments, unanswered calls, and unfulfilled commitments. Different technicians repeatedly promised to visit "tomorrow," but nobody arrived.
Despite multiple follow-ups with technicians, supervisors, and customer support representatives, my issue remained unresolved for weeks. Although I received emails and phone calls assuring me that my case was a priority, no actual service was provided.
The most frustrating part was the lack of professionalism and accountability from the assigned service team. Eventually, I was told to take the refrigerator to a workshop after weeks of waiting, without any clear explanation as to why this was not communicated during the first visit.
Dawlance is a well-known brand, but unfortunately, my experience with its service network has been extremely disappointing. I have now decided to get my refrigerator repaired through a local technician rather than continue waiting for support.
Recommendation: Purchase products only if you are confident about the after-sales support available in your area. Product quality may be good, but my experience with service and complaint handling was very poor. I hope Dawlance improves its service network and customer support process.
