I bought 2 generators from ElectricGeneratorsDirect and they said that they would arrive quickly. But when we finally got the shipment, one of the generators was damaged. We didn't accept it and sent it back. The other generator was okay though. We got an email saying that a new generator would be shipped in mid-December. But then we got another email saying that the shipment was cancelled! We tried to talk to customer service but it was hard to get through. Finally, we were able to talk to someone and they said that we could reorder the generator. They said that it would arrive in mid-December. I hope it does!

ElectricGeneratorsDirect Mixed Experience with ElectricGeneratorsDirect: Cautionary Review

I recently had an experience with ElectricGeneratorsDirect and I have to say, it wasn't the best. I used PAYPAL to pay for my generator on May 3rd and reached out to them for an update. They told me that they would have an answer for me by May 13th. However, to my surprise, the generator was delivered on May 10th.

While I am happy that I received my generator earlier than expected, I still have some concerns about this company. The customer service was not up to par. I spoke with Diane, who always apologized but never had any answers for me. Then there was Israel, who was quite rude and didn't seem to know much about the company policies or products.

Overall, I am still skeptical about this company and their practices. I will give an update on the generator itself once I have had a chance to use it. But for now, I would caution anyone considering purchasing from ElectricGeneratorsDirect to do their research and proceed with caution.

ElectricGeneratorsDirect ElectricGeneratorsDirect: A Scam Company to Avoid - My Terrible Experience and Warning to Others

I recently made a purchase from ElectricGeneratorsDirect and unfortunately, my experience has not been a positive one. I ordered a generator and was provided with a FedEx tracking number, but every week when I check the status, it doesn't seem to work. It's been quite some time now and I still haven't received my item. I tried contacting the company through their chat feature and also by phone, but all I received was a generic apology and a promise to look into the matter.

To make matters worse, when I contacted FedEx, they informed me that they don't have the item and that I need to contact the company directly. I reached out to ElectricGeneratorsDirect again and requested a refund, but was told that there would be a return fee. I couldn't believe it - why should I have to pay a fee for something I never even received in the first place?

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company. They're clearly not trustworthy and seem to be running some sort of scam. Please share this review with as many people as possible - it's important that others are aware of the risks involved in dealing with ElectricGeneratorsDirect. They should not be allowed to continue operating in this manner.

ElectricGeneratorsDirect Terrible Experience with ElectricGeneratorsDirect: Unreliable Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with ElectricGeneratorsDirect. I ordered a generator from them and was supposed to receive it on December 8th. However, the delivery date was moved to December 9th. I waited all day for the delivery but it never showed up. When I checked the records, it showed that the generator was at a carrier facility 20 miles away. I was really frustrated because I needed the generator urgently.

The next day, I waited again but the generator still didn't arrive. I called ElectricGeneratorsDirect on December 12th and asked them to deliver it by the end of the day on December 13th because I was going out of town on December 14th. They told me that they couldn't deliver it by then, but they would store it for me until I got back in town.

However, to my surprise, ElectricGeneratorsDirect contacted me and said that the generator was being returned to them and they would refund my money, but keep $600 for shipping charges. They claimed that I refused the delivery, which was not true. I was really disappointed and angry with their service.

I strongly recommend that you do not do business with ElectricGeneratorsDirect. They are not reliable and their customer service is terrible. I had a really bad experience with them and I don't want anyone else to go through the same thing.

I recently had an experience with ElectricGeneratorsDirect that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a transfer switch from their website, which claimed it was in stock. However, when I checked with the manufacturer and other resellers, they were all out of stock. I decided to call customer service to get more information, and they assured me that my order would be shipped out that same day.

The next day, I still hadn't received any updates on my order, so I decided to send an email to inquire about the status. To my surprise, the response I received stated that my order wouldn't be shipped for another 8 weeks! Overall, I would caution anyone considering purchasing from ElectricGeneratorsDirect to be wary of their stock and shipping information. While they may have some good deals, their website can be misleading and their customer service isn't always reliable. In my opinion, it's better to find a more trustworthy and dependable retailer to avoid any unnecessary headaches.

I recently bought a Generac 2400 Series Home generator from Electric Generators Direct and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with their customer service. Unfortunately, the generator was damaged during shipment and when I received it, the front panel was dented. I thought it was just a superficial issue, but when I finally got around to installing the generator, I realized that the shroud had also been damaged in transit.

It took me a few weeks to get the generator hooked up and running, so I didn't realize the extent of the damage until later on. When I contacted Electric Generators Direct about the issue, they were quick to respond and offered to replace the dented front panel. However, when they found out about the additional damage to the shroud, they went above and beyond and sent me a completely new generator.

ElectricGeneratorsDirect Disappointing decline in performance from Electric Generators Direct - unreliable delivery and poor customer service

I've been a customer of Electric Generators Direct for quite some time now, and I have to say, they used to be a pretty reliable company. However, in recent months, I've noticed a significant decline in their performance. Don't get me wrong, they're still quick to take my money, but when it comes to actually delivering the product, they seem to be having some trouble.

They keep pushing back the delivery date, and they don't seem to care about how inconvenient this is for their customers. When I expressed my frustration, they simply told me that if I wasn't happy, they'd be happy to cancel my order. That's a total bunch of B.S. if you ask me. It seems like they're only offering to cancel the order because they can't deliver on time.

As one of the largest Generac resellers in the country, you'd think that Electric Generators Direct would take responsibility for falsely advertising delivery dates. But apparently, they don't value their long-term customers enough to do that. It's really disappointing to see a company that used to be so reliable become so careless and unprofessional.

Honestly, I think this will be my last purchase with Electric Generators Direct. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration anymore. If you're looking for a reliable company to buy from, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

And when the delivery finally arrived, I was informed that they only deliver to the curb. Now, my driveway is quite long, about 300ft, and there was no way I could get a 650lb generator down the drive on my own. I was quite frustrated as I had paid for delivery and expected it to be delivered to my doorstep.

I immediately contacted ElectricGeneratorsDirect and expressed my disappointment. However, the response I received was not what I was expecting. They told me that they only deliver to the curb and that it was mentioned on their website. I went back to their website and checked the purchase flow, but there was no mention of this at all. I was quite annoyed as I felt like I had been misled. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge me $500 to return the generator that they couldn't deliver. I found their attitude quite rude and unprofessional.

Fortunately, I had purchased the generator using my Amex card, so I was able to dispute the charge. However, I would advise others to avoid the hassle and purchase their generators from a reputable dealer like Home Depot or Costco. I feel like ElectricGeneratorsDirect is just a rinky-dink outfit with a website in the middle of nowhere. The experience I had with them was quite disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a generator from Electric Generators Direct, and unfortunately, they used a carrier that caused some issues with my order. I was told that I would receive a call on November 6th to let me know when my generator would be shipped, so I could be there to receive it on November 7th. However, November 6th came and went, and I didn't receive a call from the company. I called on November 7th to inquire about my order, but was told that they had no idea where it was and that they would call me back. Unfortunately, I waited two more days and didn't receive a call.

I called again and was given the same scripted response - they would check and call me back. Again, I waited two more days and didn't receive a call. I called a fourth time and was told that they would put me in the queue and get back to me. I was frustrated with the lack of communication and the fact that no one seemed to be able to help me.

The four people I spoke with at the company were very rude to me because I kept asking where my generator was and no one would call me back or give me any information. I felt like I was being ignored and that no one cared about my order.

After my carrier lost or stole my generator, I received a call from a man named Jim who told me that if I wanted to try again, it would be another month or more before I received my purchase - if I received it at all. He offered me an upgrade from a $1,000 generator to a $2,500 generator, which was my only option. I felt like this was the company's way of making it right, but it didn't feel like enough.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Electric Generators Direct. The lack of communication and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that in the future, the company can improve their processes and treat their customers with more respect and care.

ElectricGeneratorsDirect ElectricGeneratorsDirect Refused to Rectify Their Mistake, Lost a Loyal Customer

We bought a generator from ElectricGeneratorsDirect last year, and it sat in our shop for about a month as the job we were using it on wasn't scheduled until then. When we went to use it, we found that all of the parts it had come with (including the cold weather start kit) were for a totally different generator. They wouldn't work with this one. We immediately tried to get in touch with the salesman we had bought it from, but he was completely unresponsive. We tried calling customer service, also to no avail. Finally, we got in touch with Cummins directly and purchased the correct parts from them. We then went back to Electric Generators Direct to return the incorrect parts, but because the job had stretched on so long (due to confusion from incorrect parts being sent), it was far past their return time of 30 days. Mind you, we hadn't even been made aware of what parts were sent within 30 days. We went back and forth with them by email and on the phone, but they refused to rectify the situation. Our hands were tied on the timing, and there was nothing we could do.

We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company, never an issue before this order, and were in a position to give them a lot of business in the future. When you have customers, you should take care of them. You make exceptions to policies when it makes sense to, such as extending the return time when it's due to your own screw-up. They did nothing of the sort. They refused to take back $600 worth of parts THAT THEY SELL and in so doing have lost a very good, long-time customer. It's a shame that they couldn't see the bigger picture and take care of their customers. We won't be doing business with them again.

But hey, at least it finally arrived! The generator itself is a beast, though. It's been running for a few weeks now and hasn't given me any issues. I'm glad I went with ElectricGeneratorsDirect for this purchase. They had a good selection and the prices were reasonable. The website was easy to navigate, too. The only downside was the long wait time for delivery. But I guess that's just how it goes sometimes. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and would recommend ElectricGeneratorsDirect to others in the market for a generator.

So, I bought a generator from ElectricGeneratorsDirect and let me tell you, it was a bit of a hassle. So, I ordered some stuff from ElectricGeneratorsDirect and they only sent me part of my order. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I figured it was just a mistake and they would fix it. But then, when I got my delivery, there was no follow-up like they promised. I had to contact them twice just to get a response. And when I finally did get a response, they were not helpful at all. So, I went ahead and got myself a Champion 3400 watt generator from ElectricGeneratorsDirect for $849.00. It was a pretty good deal, but then a week later I saw that they had it on sale for $769.00! I was pretty upset about it and decided to ask them about their price guarantee policy. Unfortunately, they weren't very helpful and basically told me to "F" off. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed with their customer service and wouldn't recommend buying from them again.

So, I was looking for a generator and stumbled upon ElectricGeneratorsDirect. At first, I was a bit hesitant to make a purchase from them because of some negative reviews I read online. But, I decided to give them a try anyway.

I placed my order and everything seemed to be going smoothly until I had a question about my order. I called their customer service line and was put on hold for what seemed like forever. Eventually, the line went dead and I had to call back. This time, I left a call back number and waited for them to call me back.

When they did call me back, I was excited to finally get my question answered. But, to my disappointment, they hung up on me as soon as I answered their call back. I was frustrated and angry at this point. I mean, what kind of customer service is that?

Overall, my experience with ElectricGeneratorsDirect was very poor. I wouldn't even give them one star. Their customer service is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I bought a generator from ElectricGeneratorsDirect (electricgeneratorsdirect.com) and they took the money out of my account in just two days. But, the generator never showed up. I was really disappointed and asked for a refund. It's been six weeks now and I still haven't received my money back. I've been emailing them, but it takes them days to respond. When I call, I have to wait for hours to get someone on the phone. It's really frustrating and I feel like they don't care about their customers at all. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

So, I was looking for a generator and I stumbled upon ElectricGeneratorsDirect. Their website looked pretty good and they had the generator I wanted in stock, so I decided to buy it. I was so excited to finally have it, but then things started to go downhill.

After I made the purchase, they took my $5,000 without any problems. However, they updated my order and told me that it wouldn't ship for a month and a half. I was pretty bummed out about that, but I decided to wait it out. But then, I got another email from them saying that it wouldn't ship for another two weeks. I was so frustrated and disappointed.

I don't know what's going on with these guys, but they are not trustworthy. They promised me that the generator was in stock, but it turns out that it wasn't. They lied to me and took my money without delivering what they promised. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I recently made a purchase from ElectricGeneratorsDirect and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I paid an extra $200 for next day shipping, but my order arrived three days later than expected. When I reached out to customer service to inquire about the delay, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They even went as far as to blame the shipping company, UPS, for the delay. However, I have a statement from UPS that clearly states they received the shipment late from ElectricGeneratorsDirect.

I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from ElectricGeneratorsDirect. Not only were they unhelpful, but they also lied and tried to pass the blame onto someone else. As a result, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

In terms of the product itself, I purchased the Generac GP2200i - 1700 Watt Portable Inverter Generator (CARB) (7117) for $599.00. The total cost of my order came out to $838.53 after adding in the $200.59 for next day air shipping and an estimated $38.94 for Florida sales tax.

Overall, I would not recommend ElectricGeneratorsDirect based on my experience. The poor customer service and delay in shipping were major issues that I hope they can address in the future.
