I had a very disappointing experience with Dawlance Service Center. The staff at the service center were extremely unprofessional and careless. My machine had a fault, and they charged me PKR 16,000 for a part, yet my machine still didn’t work properly.

I have been trying to contact them for days, but no one answers calls. Even when I reach the helpline, their representative comes the next day with a new excuse and then disappears again. The service is slow, unreliable, and completely frustrating. I would not recommend their service center to anyone.
