Customer Service is horrible I have been dealing with this for 2 days for the wrong size shoe that they sent she the packing slip clearly stated a size 8 they sent a 10. Then when I called about it, they gave me the run around I was lie to by a rep. I was told they would send the shoe out yesterday never received the tracking number I'm on the phone with them right now deal with the same thing about the shoe being replace. It's been a lot. Supervisors are never available when ask for them.
I will never do business with them again!

Desired outcome: You need to train your staff to handle thing in a timely manner. This company is a part of people's events. You can ruin and event. This not good. I would like my shoes and a refund!

They are horrible and customer services is so bad! Never a manger available to help. They will call back 24 to 48 hours like someone is setting around waiting until it's convenient for them and all we have to do is wait on them!
