Dating.com review: Felt lost at first but the chat support helped

Im not the most technical person and my first days on Dating.com I felt a bit lost, there are a lot of buttons. I didnt know what the sparks were for or why people kept sending me little gifts. Instead of giving up I opened the support chat and asked. The lady there was patient with me. She explained that sparks are bonus points you collect from gifts and can use to send a special one yourself, and she showed me where the voice messages are, because typing long messages is slow for me. Since then I mostly send voice notes and its so much more natural, you hear the other person laugh. I talk with people from Spain, the Philippines and Brazil, which would never happen in my small town. A few things could be simpler, but the people are friendly and the help is there when you ask for it.
