I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the management practices of LOAMS at Zada Tower. As a resident, I have encountered numerous issues that have significantly detracted from the quality of life in the building.

1. Prohibitive Practices: LOAMS' implementation of a QR code system for building entry was a cumbersome and unnecessary measure that only served to inconvenience residents. It took numerous complaints before this policy was rightfully rescinded. Such practices do not prioritize residents' comfort and instead create unnecessary hurdles.

2. Inadequate Garbage Disposal: The operation of the garbage chute until 9 pm is insufficient, leading to the accumulation of garbage in the garbage room overnight. This negligence results in an unsanitary and unpleasant environment for residents, and immediate action must be taken to address this issue effectively.

3. False Alarm System: The recurring issue of false alarms is both disruptive and concerning for residents' safety. Instances where the alarm system continued to sound for hours without resolution, and the recent incident on March 19th, where the entire building was awakened at 6 am due to the management's failure to deactivate the alarm promptly, are unacceptable breaches of security and peace of mind.

4. Safety Concerns: LOAMS' lax enforcement of allowing unauthorized individuals to distribute advertising flyers poses a potential safety risk to residents. Permitting random individuals access to the building compromises security protocols and exposes residents to unwanted solicitation and potential security threats.

In light of these ongoing issues, I cannot in good faith recommend Zada Tower as a viable option for prospective tenants or buyers. The combination of poor management by LOAMS exacerbates the negative feedback surrounding the building, further diminishing its appeal and desirability.
