When i arrived i had a coupon for buy 1, get one for 0.99. The girls at the cash had no idea how to even ring in the coupon or use it. Then they processed to make our order, however were talking about non-work related stuff the entire time. The line behind us started to pile up with 5 people working. It took 9 minutes to receive our ice cream after paying, she took our sundae cups into the back kitchen where we could not see what she was doing with them. Once we finally got them the brownies were cold and hard, the hot fudge was cold, and i had maybe 5 pieces of oreo on the top. I was very unimpressed with my service along with my product!

When traveling with grandchildren, I opt for DQ over McDonalds everytime. At the end of a ten day vacation with two grandchildren, we were driving back to our home town, Henderson, Texas (Home of the Oldest Continually operating DQ in Texas).

We arrived at the Woodville store #014737 at 12:57 on 21 July 2019. We took our desserts and left at 1:45.

The store in Woodville deserves your attention or pulling their franchise. The place was a total fiasco and not a place that I will EVER stop at again. Firstly, a person who turned out to be one of the cooks was standing outside smoking when we pulled up, then, the chaos began:
1) The simple order took 30 minutes to get out, while at the same time, everyone else in the place was either getting wrong food, not getting food or complaining about their food.
2) The "manager" kept calling out food and virtually auctioning it off as they were not using their number system. He took complaints from customers in stride and seemed to apologize.
3) There were NO NAPKINS in the store and when asked, staff gave customers a ripped off piece of bathroom brown paper from a roll that they had to touch to rip.
4) There was a great deal of noise between the staff which was borderline arguing, borderline training, borderline totally disconcerting.
5) After finally getting our food and eating, I agreed to get mini-Blizzards for the two grandchildren -- not suprisingly, the machine was so close to being out of mix that they had to work sloowly to finally get enough for the two. This is unacceptable in a place that makes its whole basis for its existence on soft serve.
6) Because I was so disappointed, on leaving I asked the front counter guy who the franchise owner is-- A shrug and an "I DONT KNOW" makes complete sense since that person has no idea what is going on in their store.

Take a moment to pressure this location into cleaning up its problems because it reflects significantly on your entire chain. The time involved, the lack of supplies, the overall operation is a joke. Please clean it up.

I love MrMisty freezes grape to be precise and for over a year now the machine is broke collecting dust and it still on the menu, it's filthy they never have any of the cone dips and I'm tired Of being in a small town that only has one Dairy Queen. If you inspected this one you would not be happy on them putting a bad name on An establishment I grew up on in Tucson, AZ please help

The young girl working the drive through was so very very rude! I've never in my life been treated so rude! You couldn't here anything through the speaker so we had to go around again and when we got to the window, the girl at the window and two other girls that came to the window was so unbelievably rude! Will NEVER go back to that DQ again! I had to go back in because they got the order wrong and all of them was rude! I guess they do t need the business at that DQ!

Was behind the customer at the till, the young blonde girl was punching order in the till and the owner or manager, older man? Pushed her away from the till half way through her punching in the order/ and continued the customer order/ totally embarrassing the employee/ while waiting for my order being prepared, I overheard the owner/manager ask where the girl is and another employee said she is in the back crying, for him yelling at her( must have happened earlier)I will not go back to this location ever again. I work customer service and would never tolerate his actions, it was very uncalled for.

Hello DQ folks-
Two items:
1) Order accuracy - I carefully and specifically ordered a large Blizzard (among other items). The item I got was not even close to what I ordered. I ordered mint, chocolate chunk. I got mint oreo cookie. Into the trash.
2) I tried to access the DQ fan survey to comment on this. Twice the system denied me access claiming that the information I entered did not allow me to proceed. Really? Survey code [protected]-724321. Then the site would not allow me to access any option - including contacting DQ.

My family and I went to this location on Monday July 15 2019 and upon entering you see bunch of flies flying near cash register and in dining area, on tables, glass on doors are filthy, floors are even more filthier kitchen is the same flies and just dirty seriously does DAIRY QUEEN know that flies carry nasty germs this location is a JOKE and someone needs to get in there and clean it.

This location should be ashamed for the small salad they provide for $6! Bowl was only 1/2 full of lettuce and toppings-- crispy chicken was sparse. Have had much better salads at other locations. What a rip-off! Am I better to complain to this franchise directly- or does Dairy Queen Corporate follow up on complaints? Seems there should be a standard that all locations need to meet. This is NOT acceptable.

People behind me waited 30 min to get 2 orange julius drinks before they asked for their money back and said screw it.
Cook in back cant read screen with the orders.
Staff cant take orders that customers ask for.
Pay attention.

My husband and I went to our local DQ Orrville OH. 44667. We ordered our food and milkshakes. We were given the placard and sat down at our table. The staff brought our food to the table. My husband asked about our milkshakes we were told "the girls will bring those out". We were almost finished with our food and went to the counter and spoke with the woman who had taken our order. He asked about the milkshakes and told her the flavors we ordered again. Approximately 3-4minutes later the same woman came to our table set our milkshakes down and rolled her eyes and walked away without saying a word. I guess I do have to leave this small town in order to get good service. Not coming back here again. Shame on you DQ!

I ordered a #8 which is a 4 pc chicken strip meal with the beverage included for the price of $8.19 I asked the cashier whose name is Evangelina and I wanted the meal to be fresh however the food was not freshly made the chicken tenders were old and the cashier was rude. I asked the cashier was the food made fresh before he handed me the food he said it was fresh however the chicken strips was old and hard apparently the food was not made fresh. I was dissatisfied with the food and definitely needed to report the problem.

Waited in on by for almost 15 minutes on a dipped cone. Was asked do I need it in a cone, I said yes I am driving. Then he gives me it and it's the smallest cone I have ever got there. And the dip was basically not even on the come, I could see right through it, yet again thus has never happened before. Extremely disappointed. This is the dairy queen in Gallatin TN

On 7-10-19, we were at the drive thru at this DQ. We ordered 2 blizzards, one was oreo and one peanut butter cup. We waited about 5 minutes to get to the window behind other cars. At the window, the employee didn't turn it upside down and when given to me it had already started to melt and spilled on me. when I asked why it was so soft she said it had sat for a few minutes but didn't offer to re-make it. I had to ask for a lid so it wouldn't spill in the car and as usual received no napkins. When we got home, the blizzards were mostly vanilla ice cream, you couldn't taste the candy.
This DQ struggles, hiring all teenagers and their is never an adult there supervising. We have visited this location a number of times but I am getting extremely tired of the poor customer service and sloppy product.
This DQ is in need of some training.

I ordered two mini blizzards, two kids' meals, and a taco meal. Both blizzards were melting. She handed me extra napkins. I turned it over because that's how much liquid was coming out of it. She then gave me bigger cups to put them in instead of redoing the blizzards. I gave her a QR code to scan from the DQ app for a $1.99 kid's meal. She told me, "I wish you would've told me that at the drive thru." She didn't know how to scan your app, so she took $2 off. That left the meal at $2.19, so it was close to the $1.99 offer. I didn't get any of my three drinks I paid for. Taco sauce was thrown on the actual tacos by hand instead of the bag, which means her hands that have been handling the computer and money just went all over the tacos. She wasn't properly trained in any way. The Luling location has lost business because their employees are not properly trained. It wasn't busy. I was the only car in the drive thru.

Both my sandwiches had so much mustard on them it filled up 2 napkins and my shirt. All I tasted was mustard. I usually love dq but this was horrible. Moundsville wv is not verry good with portioning. Please fix this problem bc they ruined my new shirt when I was on my way to my job interview and I'm veryy disappointed also my hands are stained yellow.

A [censored]ing disgrace! Dairy queen in sydney nova scotia constantly disappoints me. I am lactose so when I decide I want a sweet treat I come here and today it was just awful. I ordered a small blizzard with reese and add cookie dough and I did pay for the extra too. The first ice cream I reciecved had litterally nothing in it it was basically plain ice cream so I took it back to then recieve one with only a little more! I am so disgusted and I will never ever come back to this location again. I think that the employees here really need better blizzard training because it is [censored] as [censored] lol

My dad and I stopped at this DQ while traveling just now and we were over charged for the banana split and my small sundae? Sm sundae 4.77, banana split$5.68, this really upsets my dad because he always stops at every DQ. But now he said he is not! Also there was only 1 worker working and a line of customer s that are tired, hungery and probably was hoping for a break!? Store #

Why would anyone go there again?

She very racist ths will not be torerated in our community either yall fix it or i will get with my community let thm knw wht i experience and what we are up against. She said she not trying to hire black people and also i called to make a complaint after the complaint nita must thought she hung the phone up and i heard her say it must be black people damn. So im asking yall to get her out our community if not we will b forced to press the issue

The crispy crunchy Blizzard was my favorite. I would always go to DQ to grab one. Since they discontinued it I feel as though they are just trying to piss me and the other crispy crunch people off. I mean there's like 100 flavors and they get rid of an original beauty like crispy crunch. I'll go back to DQ if they bring back the crispy crunch but not until they do . And I'll take my kids somewhere else for ice cream .
