cashier Asia was informed that I wanted to order the following items to go; Two Double cheeseburgers promoted at the price of 2 for $5.00
One order of Chicken Strip basket of (4) four at the price of $ 6.99.
I did not order any drinks. I asked Asia why are you giving me a large cup? Asia replied that it comes with the Chicken Strips.
Upon returning to my home and opening the bags in which my dinner was in at this time I noticed that I had two (2) single cheeseburgers and was charged $ 2.00 for the drink. This performance can not be tolerated, when you walk into an establishment you expect professional representatives of the company to get your request correct.
I do not liked to be lied to or think that an employee would possibly try to take advantage of. This needs to be brought to the attention of upper management, employees need either to be trained correctly or re-trained in this matter. Please respond so I may see your handling of your policies and keeping your customers knowing that you will address this promptly. Bill total $ 14.06
