We bought windows with a lifetime guarantee, but now they won't honor it. We're having an issue with a window, and it's not the first time, but they won't honor the guarantee. The owner's ex-wife messed up his files, so we can't find the original paperwork anymore, even though it was years ago. This company advertised a lifetime guarantee on their windows.

We've been dealing with issues with our windows since February 1 and before. We've had them out over ten times to resolve the issues. The first issue was defective seals. They tried to replace multiple windows, but they didn't fit and air and light kept coming in. We tried multiple times to solve the problem, only to find out that they no longer make the window, so the replacement windows didn't fit the current sashes. We still have windows that don't fit and several that won't open since the replacement attempt. The manufacturer and CVS are aware of the issue, and it has continued. We have plenty of emails to prove our issues.
