I gotta say, getting new windows and patio doors from Renewal by Andersen was a real treat! Cody, our Design Consultant, was super helpful in picking out the right stuff for our crib. Then, Darren, the Installation Manager, made sure everything was gonna be smooth sailing. And finally, Kyrill and his crew did an amazing job putting everything in place! The product is top-notch and the workmanship is off the charts! We've been telling all our neighbors to check out Renewal by Andersen!

Renewal By Andersen was awesome! Sheldon came to our house and helped us pick out our windows and patio doors. Then Darren did the final measurements. Reggie, our Project Coordinator, kept us updated on the project by email or phone. Finally, Kyrill and his team came to install the windows. They did a great job! My kids even said it looked like no one had come to work because the house was still clean. Now that we have our new windows, it feels warmer and cozier. It was a good decision to go with Renewal By Andersen. Thanks!

Cody came to our house and asked us what we were worried about. He listened to us and we felt like we were talking to a friend. The price he gave us was good for a year, so we didn't feel rushed to decide. Tamara kept in touch with us by phone or email. Josh and his team were on time, polite, friendly, and left our house clean. The new windows and patio door look great. They're easy to open and close. Nick came to fix a small problem with the patio door. Our house is warmer now and our neighbors like the new windows. Thanks to the Renewal by Anderson Team!

Don't buy from Renewal by Andersen of BC. We bought windows from them a year ago and still no functioning patio door. They took our money fast but customer service disappeared. I called 2 months ago and was told the replacement door was being expedited and to book an install date for early June. I didn't book because I thought it was just lip service. Called today and surprise, surprise, the door isn't in. They said it's on the truck and booked my replacement date for July 19th. We asked them to stop taking payments until the job was done but they said they can't. We have no way to push them to finish. I have emails to prove it.

Window seals broke within one year. The company took the complaint and said their service department would be in touch within five business days. Two weeks later no contact. Very disappointed with our $19,000 windows that came with no follow up.

The service and friendliness of the Renewal by Andersen staff was excellent. Our replacement patio window is great and Cody, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and great. The installation crew was very efficient and cleaned up everything when they completed the installation.

THIS COMPANY IS *** CONSTANTLY EMAILING SEVERAL OF MY EMAIL ADDRESSES FOR SEVERAL OF MY COMPANIES - THEIR OP OUT DOES NOT WORK - HAVE HAD AT LEAST 500 EMAILS WASTING MY TIME - DO NOT REWARD THEM FOR THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE - WOULD NEVER USE THEM DUE TO THIS - PERIOD!

I made an appointment with renewal by anderson to replace an outside entry door. The day of the appointment they left a voice-mail saying they couldnt do the job. I called them back they said they could do the job after checking with a supervisor . the estimator arrived and told me they don't do exteroor doors! I was very clear when booking the job and in my phone call the day of the appointment that this was an exterior door. What a waste of my time ! very unprofessional , do not use this company!

I think you should choose another window company. We ordered windows at the beginning of July and put a healthy deposit down. The Sales rep provides the necessary lip service that your needs will be met. The windows were delayed and therefore installation was delayed. I was adamant that installation was to be no later than the end of September. The company called with the installation dates for the end of October. While a 1 month delay would not have been a problem at the beginning of the year, October presents several. We suggested putting the windows in storage until Spring at our expense. They declined sighting all kinds of nonsense about no room to store them and all the extra costs involved. This company made no effort to cooperate or even offer alternatives. I say, keep your hard earned money and buy from someone else.

Had all 10 of our upstairs windows done a few years ago. The sales person & the people contracted to do the work were great. The work was suppose to start in September but didn't til October. Upon completion, we had issues with 6 of 10 of our windows. After multiple emails & phone calls, someone finally did come in to check, in December. He said that he would have it addressed. After not hearing back in the next week, after more emails & calling. We were told that the matter was resolved! Again, after many emails & calls with being told that someone would get back to us...this was not the case. After months, another person did come to look again. After another few weeks, we had 4 of our windows fixed: The other 2 nothing could be done... With one of our windows, it's still not properly aligned. We were reluctant/turned off by this whole experience, we didn't contact them again. Was really wanting to like this company to have our downstairs windows done. But, not able to recommend them or would ever go back to them. Highly recommend not paying them the total amount til satisfactory completion of the work done. It was a learning experience.

The windows themselves seem high quality but the service was less than desirable. We were informed by the sales representative that the inner window trim and casing would be replaced. It was not. The cutting of this inner window trim not straight. This created a significantly large gap around the window. The caulking job that was done did not fill the gap and the end result is a 1/4inch gap at the bottom of the window. This window is in a bathroom above a shower and therefore, water will easily get into this gap and create mould within our home. The trim on the outside of the house does not match the rest of the house as promised and will require replacing. The security system wires were cut without consultation with the homeowner. The security system is now inoperable due to the cut wires. The job site was left dirty and full of sawdust. ***. After much battling we were able to receive a whopping $200 off our $6500 bill that will not cover even a fraction of the repairs to bring everything back to the original quality. Ultimately, for the above than average price for the window the price was not worth the end result and *** for the all around poor service that came with the window install.

I had a bad experience with Renewal by Andersen of BC. The installation of my windows was not done well and the quality that was advertised was not what I received. There were damages done during the installation process.

Had window installed in Feb, but outside frame still not done. Paid upfront, thought they were good, but now they say all their workers quit. No idea when it will be finished. Told us June 19, but who knows.

We paid for Full Frame install on 17 windows & patio door from Anderson Windows & Doors only to realize it was a poorly done insert install. We noticed terrible draft issues during colder weather which drew our attention to install quality etc. Upon checking Andersons Install Videos we realized we were somehow given an insert install (a very poor one at that). We finding it very hard to get any straight answers on how to resolve this problem with Anderson. How can a mistake like this possibly happen!

Renewal by Andersen of BC gave us two windows that didn't meet our needs. We wanted sliding windows for ventilation and a clear view from the top fixed pane, but instead got windows with a big horizontal bar and small slits for ventilation. The frames were too thick, and the fixed pane was stacked over the sliders, resulting in a loss of glass, minimal ventilation, and a compromised view. The computer images they showed us didn't reveal the sliders and fixed panes as a unit, and we wouldn't have chosen sliders if we knew the truth. They also didn't tell us that installing four kitchen windows would consume 2/3rds of the window frame, making our expensive blinds unusable. We were only told about a bit of overlap, with no mention of the impact on the blinds. Two other windows came with defects, and it will take weeks to months to replace them. We raised our concerns, but they tried to sell us more windows and offered to fix the blinds at an inflated price. All of these issues were within their knowledge, and they claim to have exceptional customer service. However, they treated our concerns as an opportunity to sell more and didn't take responsibility for the delays.
