CVS unethical behaviour

Cashier #0975189, Store #7969, Transaction #7120, Register #06 was arrogant, challenging and less than friendly. She was arguing with customers in line and look like something was bothering her apart from the job. Please take corrective actions on that matter. On the same store other cashier are very attentive, friendly and cooperative. It was just a single, unwelcome incident and hopeful tobe the last one on CVS store #7969. Thank you for your time! P.S. Cashier name was Izlia, date and time August 26, 2018/11:40 a.m.

CVS time come to redeem bonus-coupon given the runaround

Just found this "complains board"
Years ago bought a blood presure device model bp3mw1-4x - according to the purchase receipt that entitled me to a discount of around $ 10. Come to use that the clerk at the register through inexperience or company policy did not allow me to use it. Obviously I walked out leaving all the merchandise I meant to buy that day.
From that day on I advice my family and all my patients not to use cvs pharmacies.
Walgreens is where I refer all my patients and family.

CVS management, customer service

My husband and I were at store #845 in our neighborhood in Brooklyn today. We were looking at stomach medicines as my husband hasn't been feeling well. After looking at all of the products and prices we decided to go check out target. That's when the "manager " came rushing up to us (after staring at us the entire time). He asked if we found everything okay. We said we did but decided to check somewhere else. He then YELLED UP THE STAIRS at his coworkers to WATCH US! As we went to the snack isle and got our ketchup chips, then proceeded to check out he STOOD BEHIND US LOUDLY TELLING THEM AND THE STORE THAT HE THOUGHT WE WERE THEIVES! I want this psychopath fired! We will NEVER GO TO OR USE CVS AGAIN unless something is done about this.. also we will do everything in our power to let people in the neighborhood know how they treat customers!

CVS false accusation

Today I went to CVS pharmacy located at Myrtle and Wyckoff Ave. After I took 2 deodorants while I was carrying my black bag to go to work. 3 Police officers came to me and escorted me to a small room. They explained to me that the security officer assumed that she saw me putting items in my bag. They searched the bag and found no items. One Officer was aggressive and disrespectful. They let me go without any incident, two minutes later when I came back to ask for a police report, the same officer was extremely arrogant and asked me to leave the store.

CVS medication question

The worker at SOUTH WILLIAMSON KY is very RUDE! She's running many customers off. Customers who are sick and have to wait and are 1 hour to two, it's hard to get a straight answer from her. Idk her name but she's the one who always answers and it very RUDE! I'm thinking of going elsewhere. People shouldn't be treated in such manner. As much as I can't stabd Walmart I'll go there than to be treated as such. Not once but every single time. She needs to be taught MANNERS!

CVS unethical behavior

I called CVS Pharmacy at 802 N Lansdowne Ave, Drexel Hill, PA 19026 on 8/22/2018 at approximately 7:35 am to find out when I would be able to refill my prescription. The head pharmacist who was working named Vlair was extremely rude, condescending and sarcastic to me. I have been going to this CVS since 2005 and the way she was to me, if something is not done, my family and I will take our business to Rite Aid. All I asked was when would I be able to fill my prescription because Express Scripts told me the 18th and sometimes their dates differ form the pharmacy. I am going away and I wanted to make sure I could take care of it before I left. If you don't like your job, my suggestion is that you find another career path.

CVS pharmacy

On three occasions I have been shorted my medications, when I confronted Chris, he said oh no it's impossible, everyone behind the desk couldn't look at me, because I left the store and went right back in, he probably thought I wasn't being honest, so I told myself, I will count them in the store from now on, but I didn't on August 15, 2018, I had to be a Carnigie hill, but I did count them in the car, short 9 tablets, my doctor persribes 90 a month, three tablets a day. They have a lot of kids working in the pharmacy, do they need a lisence? There was a differen pharmacist there that day, but everyone fills, ive watch them, what can be done about this. The first time I was short ten, next time 8,

CVS pharmacy

Your pharmacy is refusing to fill my medication because the pharmacist has made a judgement that I am someone doctor hopping to get meds that cannot be given together.

I have been with the same doctors office 20 years, on the same meds at least that long and with your pharmacy over 10 years. This will be the third time I have gone without critical medication due to CVS pharmacy's errors (always on the weekend). I let the first time go, I complained the second incident and was never contacted but this time I am furious.

I just stated a new teaching job not even a month ago. My students will be coming to class starting Monday 20th. (1st graders). I remain stable and able to function due to the diligence, determination and help from my doctor and you have the audacity to refuse me medicine.

The pharmacist stated that she refused to fill them until she SPOKE DIRECTLY TO THE DOCTOR because it made her liable. Well, your company will be liable for me losing my job or being unable to function on Monday due to your refusal to refill valid medications. I have taken the same 6 medicine for over 10 years and being off of them for 4 days could be disastrous for me. I called these in Wednesday and was not told until I CALLED TODAY TO SEE WHY THEY WERE NOT BEING FILLED, that there was a problem. Now it will be Tuesday at the very earliest before I am able to get my medication. Your judgmental pharmacist needs to be told that just because someone takes medication for mental illness, that does not mean they are stupid. I am not sitting at home, a crazy person, manipulated my drug supply. I worked full time, I hold a masters degree and I have fought harder to understand my illness and remain diligent to control it all of my life.

I do not normally complain and never feel anger. However, right now, I believe I am more angry than I have ever been in my . This is abusive. You have all of the power, I know you are wrong, what you are doing is being done for judgmental reasons and a personal issue and it effects my health. Like a child waiting on the adult to quit beating them, I wait for you to decide to help me stay OK. Of course no one is there, because it is a weekend and you are enjoying time with your family.

You will not even read this until Monday or Tuesday and by then it will be too late. The last time I was off meds due to a pharmacy error, it took me weeks to recover and get make on the proper regime. This is totally unacceptable. I assure you that I will not every drop this matter if I end up hospitalized due to a emotional crash or am unable to perform my job as a teacher and lose my job. Who do you think you are as a company to determine my right to medical treatment. They have had the prescription refill request since Wednesday and never followed up! Do you not have any compassion for what your totally unprofessional behavior or you overriding my physician's order will cause me.

I am not dropping this anymore. This has effected my life too many times. NO one should have to be judged by a pharmacist. All they have to do is look at my records. Same doctor, same medicine, same pharmacy for 10 years and suddenly today you refuse to fill a valid refill request.

I frankly, do not give a damn, your organization or your pharmacist opinion of mental illness. This is abusive it is ethically wrong... .it is just freaking mean.

CVS unethical behavior by pharmacy

My story starts 2 weeks ago on 8/6, I had hip replacement surgery 7/19 in CA This was a worker comp case. I had recently moved to Las Vegas because I had lost my home in CA because of this Injury. The Dr. in CA had sent me a prescription for some pain medication I took it to the CVS on the corner of Lamb and bonanza in Las Vegas this was the 4th pharmacy I had been to and it was about 5:30 on a friday evening. Pharmacy's wont tell you over the phone if they can fill your script or not so 2 weeks after total hip replacement I'm out going from place to place trying to find one that had the medication. The pharmacist said he had the meds but could not fill it because He had to verify the script with my Dr who was of course gone for the weekend and it would be Monday before he could do anything for me. Now I understand the need for caution But I had the envelope it came in paperwork from hospital, approval letters from workers comp but never the less was force to spend the whole weekend trying to handle my pain, on Monday I returned in the early afternoon and left the script to be filled. I came back after a couple of hours and was told they had made calls but were unable to contact the Dr. I called the Dr. and got right though. he said that had to verified next with approval from my worker comp people so I got them on the phone for him. I told him I didn't care if they gave Approval if I needed to I'd pay cash for it. I was told I couldn't do that. After much back and forth with my adjuster she told him that she couldn't rush it thru and for him to let me pay for it because she knew how much pain I was in and send her the bill for reimbursement. He reluctantly did give me my 40 pills one every 4 to 6 hrs as needed that was on 8/6. on 8/16 I went to the ER at north Vista because I had hurt my leg in physical therapy my Dr. in CA told me to go. They took an Xray and said it was ok and wrote me a script for 30 lower strength pills than I received before. On Friday 8/17 again about 130 in the afternoon I took the script to him and he took it and said they were busy he would text me when it was ready, I went home and laid down and fell asleep I woke up at 6pm. I looked and I had not received a text so I called and was told they were waiting for approval. I asked to speak with Ryan the pharmacy manager who I had left the script with. I was put on hold and 15 minutes later I hung up and called back again asking to speak with Ryan and was put on hold again after a few minutes he gets on the phone and tells me they were going to hold my meds awaiting approval from the Insurance company.when I asked why he didn't tell me that earlier when I could have called someone, I think he deliberately put me off until it was to late to do anything about it He told me that he had paged me in the store and text me, neither of which he did because I was in the store for about 1/2 hr after I gave him the script and would have heard a page and there is nothing wrong with my phone or the number I gave him.I know because I had my girlfriend text me after I spoke to him. I told him again I would pay for the meds that I could show him that the last one was approved the day after I got them and this one would be as well I didn't want to go another weekend with no Meds this was my first major surgery and I have never experenced this kind of pain. When I pressed the issue he got angry and told me he would do this but this would be the last time and said it would be ready at 9pm and slammed the phone on me before I could say anything else. This was a little after 6 pm and they have had my script since 1:30. I got up and went to the pharmacy to ask why I had to wait until 9pm but when I went in Ryan told someone else to take care of me and they again reluctantly gave me my meds. The pharmacy or it's employees should not be making this kind of judgement calls when presented with a script for meds written by a local ER hospital. It should not be their business who pays for the script or what the script is for especially after verifying that it was a righteous Prescription I think this kind of discriminatory behavior is appalling . I am a EMT and have been around in the medical field for 40 years I realize there is a problem with pain meds in this country but to withhold them from people after verifying that it is real is wrong I believe he should be reprimanded and retrained in customer service at the very least. Between my girlfriend and my self our monthly prescriptions run about 9000 dollars none of which are for pain meds being new in town I could have transferred that business to CVS but will no longer even consider that so he just lost CVS about 100 grand a year.
My girlfriend who has just retired from clark county court system after 23years of public service will make sure to tell her former co workers of this kind of discrimination by CVS who know how much that will cost you
Sincerely former customer

CVS pharmacist!!!

Every month I drop my prescriptions off ( same meds same dr ) I have had 11 spinal fusions . First time ( just moved to Florida from Boston ) pharmacist tells me at 230 in afternoon " I can't fill these today I don't have time " yes totally professional. This month I'm told I need a diagnosis code . I dropped scripts off at 11am she tells me I'm all set . At 4 pm nothing I call she then tells me she tried to reach drs office but their closed . I dropped them in morning . Now she tells me I'll leabe a note for pharmacist to have done in morning . I call my drs office at 10 they had already spoken to pharmacist. Now it's 1pm I call to see what is going on I get " i have not gotten to it yet I was told you had enough for today " Are you kidding me ! Now I call corporate. They call over she says in an hour and they think that's exveptable . CVS discriminates due to your meds ! I take my meds to be able to walk . 11 spinal fusions don't judge me I'm a nurse . Now I'm told I'll get a call with in 48 hrs ... I this place is the most unprofessional disgusting company . They don't care about you they care about their pockets and how they can humiliate people !

CVS unauthorized credit card charges

I just received the worst customer experience- I was hung up on by a senior customer service representative named Janelle when I asked for her managers name and number. CVS Caremark charged my card $90 without my permission and is refusing to refund it. I demand a refund. I never gave permission to cvs caremark to charge my card without calling me first. I never received a call.
I spoke with 3 different customer service representatives, Miranda, Scott, and Janelle, and they all told me different things. Miranda told me I could receive a refund, Scott said the company NEVER gives refunds (even though it's listed on the website) and Janelle said I MUST BE LYING about not giving the company permission to charge me card. How rude it that! She told me she didn't believe and was going to look up the phone call transcriptions from my previous calls. Since I am NOT lying I said GO AHEAD! I couldn't believe she was threatening me! When I said I have to get back to work (I was on the phone for over 30 mins) and asked for her supervisor's call back number she hung up on me! I want a full refund for a product that I never ordered.

CVS mixed medication in the medicine container

Wonder why they just do not sell prescribed medicines in their original packaging. This would eliminate many uncontrolled human errors like the one we had to face.

Found a different tablet (H102) mixed with my Z70 metformin. Was very concerned what this other drug would be, and if I did consume any of this before finding it?

So I googled the medicine code numbers and thankfully they both are the same drugs but made by different manufacturers.

Does CVS mix drugs from multiple manufacturers intentionally or was it a very serious mistake, putting someone's health in jeopardy?

CVS never have sale items

If you don't get there on Sunday morning when there are sales on different items then you are out of luck.this has been happening for years now. I called and complained to CVS and the manager called me yesterday and told me she can't do anything about how much she orders for sale items cause it comes from the corporate office .they do the ordering she said it goes buy how much she sold the last time. Well you can't sale any if you don't have any. I know at least a dozen people that won't go there because they never have anything of there sale items. I have a Pepsi rain check for over 3 weeks ago that I can't get filled at the store because they don't have any in stock. And then over 2 weeks ago I went to the royersford store when they were on sale for 99 cents and they didn't have any in stock. Now this week they are on sale for 2 for $2.00 and still both stores have none. I am disabled and have to take my walker seat out to get into store to shop . I have been going to these two stores now for the last three weeks to see if I can get my Pepsi's. I have 2 rain checks that I can't fill and still they have these items on sale every week this new week coming up now has the Pepsi's on sale again. Why sale them when you don't have any. They should order more for sale items. They not only do this with the Pepsi's but all sales items. Its false advertising. And I'm tired of it.

CVS service by representative on duty 8/8/2018 morning cvs at 116 university drive, denton, tx

I just want to complaint about the demeanor of the customer service rep that I dealt with this morning at CVS 24 hours 116 University Drive, Denton, TX 76201.
I was treated very poorly, with a NOT very pleasant attitude. The lady that helped me was a middle age lady, blonde with short hair. I don't know her name but she was pretty rude. She was there in the morning shift. I have been going to CVS for my prescriptions for a long time and everyone else is very pleasant. This is the first time I deal with this customer service rep. and it was not a good experience. I was submitting a prescription for Pristiq and she accused me of putting a 1 in front of the amount to be dispensed. I told her that it was probably a mistake when the doctor wrote it and I just needed 90 instead of 190, which was apparently the mistake she was concerned about on the prescription. I was very upset on the way she talked to me. I am a professional in Healthcare and I would never do such a thing. I assure her it was an oversight from the doctor, but I just needed the amount for 3 months, which is what I usually get. She said she would not do anything until she talks to the doctor to verify, which I didn't have a problem with, except for the fact that she was rude to me. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

CVS prescriptions/billing

I've had Type 1 Insulin dependent Diabetes Mellitus since 1963 - 55 years. I am disabled, because of the disease. I've been on an Insulin Pump for 14 years and just received a new Medtronic that I am breaking in. Medicare Part B pays for my Insulin - Humalog - and my Pat B supplement policy through my Union Hall pays what Medicare doesn't. We used to use Walgreens as our pharmacy and I never paid a dime for my Humalog. Last year we switched to CVS and it's been a nightmare since, because CVS claims their Techs don't know how to set up billing for Medicare Part B! Instead, they've routed the billing through our Pharmacy Provider - Navitus - and they're no prize, either, claiming they have no idea how to bill Medicare Part B, either. We're not talking aspirin here; no, we're talking about my lifeline for the past 55 years - Insulin. I'm running very low on Humalog, as a result of breaking in my new pump. I live 35 miles from the CVS in Show Low, Arizona. Last Sunday, 8/5/2018, I called in a refill and was told Navitus won't allow it until the 9th, because my prescription, written by a world renown Endocrinologist, only gives me 40 units per day to be used. I said, "Well I'm probably going to be out of Insulin by then." So I told the CVS rep that I would call my doc first thing Monday and have that script changed, which I did. Shortly after noon, on Monday the 6th, my Endocrinologist called in the new script. At precisely 6pm on Monday the 6th, I got a text that my pharmacist at CVS in Show Low had filled my prescription and it was ready for pick up. On Tuesday morning, I rolled up to the Drive-In window to get my Humalog and the girl rung up the sale and said, "That'll be $744.00." HUH? So I've now gone from paying -0- at Walgreens to $744.00 at CVS? I'm disabled, on Social Security and we haven't gotten much of a raise in the past 4 years. We're not talking aspirin here. We're talking about my lifeline! The pharmacist came to the window and I told him, "I can't get back to town until next week and I can't afford $744.00! I'm gonna' run out of Insulin by this weekend." And he replies, "Navitus won't cover your script until the 9th." ...Bear in mind, IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE BILLED TO NAVITUS! IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE BILLED TO MEDICARE PART B! I said, "Well I guess, for the first time in 55 years, I'll just run out of Insulin." He basically shrugged his shoulders and replied, "Oh well." So here I am, 62 years old, recovering from emergency open heart surgery to replace a defective aortic valve I've had since birth and running out of Insulin, because CVS doesn't know how to bill Medicare Part B and my supplemental policy. Allow me to reiterate that Walgreens did NOT have that problem. And due to this problem CVS refuses to fix, it looks like my next trip to Show Low, AZ may be in an ambulance with paramedics fighting to save me from dying from Diabetic ketoacidosis and, perhaps, that might cost the insurance companies, Medicare and hopefully CVS a bit more than $744.00. Way to go CVS! Incompetence at its best!

CVS giving my controlled substance information out to someone

Just moved from NY to SC, the "friends" I was staying with until my boyfriend and I had a chance to check out the areas and find where we wanted to live...they called or stopped into (I'm not sure which) CVS in west Ashley SC after I got my refill of suboxone called in and they gave them all of my personal information of what the prescription was, how many I was prescribed and the date it was filled! Pretty sure this violated many laws and I will be going further with this in the morning since it all came to my knowledge after the pharmacy was closed and now because of this it caused a huge fight and we had to go to a hotel, which we couldn't really afford to have to pay for and now have no money whatsoever, living in this new state 16 hours from where we moved from, and have to somehow find somewhere to hold up every night until the 1st of august when my boyfriend gets his monthly VA pension.

I would avoid the CVS in Washington DC at 2000 M St NW, Washington, DC 20036 as they have a rat problem. I can't think of anything more disgusting than a rat running around amongst food items and medicine. I wouldn't mind but it wasn't even a small rat, it was pretty large.

Photo attached of said rodent, Washington dept of helath also advised.
