I bought a used Honda from Curry Automotive, LLC without a warranty. Since then, I've been bombarded with countless calls warning me about my warranty about to end. They also keep sending me unwanted emails and mail, even though I've repeatedly requested to be removed from their list. It's frustrating to deal with the constant harassment from Curry Honda. They not only sold my personal information but also keep trying to sell me more stuff. I definitely won't be purchasing another vehicle from them.

I took my car to Curry Automotive, LLC for service because I had a recurring issue. I had brought it to them at least four times before, but each time they said there was nothing wrong. This time, I brought in my 2017 Honda CR-V EXL because there was a rattle in the front left end and the brake pedal was still squeaking. After checking, they once again said they couldn't find any problems. This is the fourth time they've said this about the same issues.
During the discussion about the 65k maintenance on my vehicle, the service representative, Brandon, told them to do an oil change and tire rotation without my authorization. I asked to speak with the manager because I was not informed about this. When I spoke with the manager, Jason, he said that every time I come there, I have issues and that I should take my car somewhere else because they don't want my business. He then proceeded to argue with me on the phone in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner.

I paid for a diagnostic on my vehicle to fix a problem I had. Honda gave me wrong information, so Curry Honda worked on the wrong part. I left my car there three times and finally Honda told me to take it elsewhere after charging me $1500 plus a $130 diagnostic fee. Another dealership fixed the problem correctly, but Honda wouldn't refund my money. I don't recommend getting service at Curry Honda because they want to guess the problem and make you pay for it.
