Don't buy here! Don't buy here! My car broke down 33 days after buying it. Between towing and getting it fixed, I lost a day of work and over 6 hours of my life. And I was told with a nasty attitude by the manager *** that I should be happy my car is getting fixed. My biggest regret by far this year. Terrible place and people to do business with. Just don't go there. REGRET REGRET REGRET

On March 21, 2022, Car Sales Inc of South Florida started a deal with me for a ***. We agreed on a price of $15,500 for the vehicle, and we decided to complete the transaction through a bank transfer. The bank transfer happened on March 21, 2022. Car Sales also promised to bring the truck to my desired location as part of the agreement. Once they received the money, the Car Sales group started asking for an extra $1000, trying to extort me. When I refused, they said they couldn't deliver the truck due to some issues that weren't there before. They promised to fix the truck but haven't been answering my calls or trying to resolve the problem, which is that the key won't come out of the ignition. They have terrible reviews, and I want a full refund because what they're doing to me and others is wrong and shouldn't be allowed.

The Manager of Car Sales of South Florida is dishonest. I paid a $500 refundable deposit but decided against purchasing due to pricing and the manager's conduct. Despite multiple requests for a refund, the manager refused, claiming compensation for his time. I never signed a contract and am entitled to change my mind. Police involvement was necessary. The manager offered only half the deposit back, keeping the rest without justification. Documentation of the transaction and communication exists. This dealership is not trustworthy.
