Don't buy here! Don't buy here! My car broke down 33 days after buying it. Between towing and getting it fixed, I lost a day of work and over 6 hours of my life. And I was told with a nasty attitude by the manager *** that I should be happy my car is getting fixed. My biggest regret by far this year. Terrible place and people to do business with. Just don't go there. REGRET REGRET REGRET

Manager of Car Sales of South Florida, located at *** South ***, Florida is a thief and a liar. I paid a $500 REFUNDABLE (written on the receipt) deposit. I decided NOT to purchase from this dealer because of the pricing and I did not like the behavior of the ***, the manager. He was snarky, rude and sneaky. The salesperson, ***, was advised multiple times I did not want a vehicle anymore and refund me my money. I went up to the dealership and *** was disrespectful, nasty and refused to refund the $500 claiming, "I drove to *** to buy you a car you don't want and you wasted my time. My time is money." First of all, I never signed a sales contract to purchase a car. Second, I decided not to purchase a car. I am not purchasing a car at this time. I can change my mind. I had to call the police (twice). *** claims I should accept $250 for his "time". I have photos of the receipt and the text messages to ***, requesting the $500 refund. I advise EVERYONE to avoid this dealership because *** is a thief and a liar for $500. He laughed, snickered, giggled and thought it was funny. He told me, "I am not giving you your money back. *** me. Whatever.".

On March 21, 2022, Car Sales Inc of South Florida started a deal with me for a ***. We agreed on a price of $15,500 for the vehicle, and we decided to complete the transaction through a bank transfer. The bank transfer happened on March 21, 2022. Car Sales also promised to bring the truck to my desired location as part of the agreement. Once they received the money, the Car Sales group started asking for an extra $1000, trying to extort me. When I refused, they said they couldn't deliver the truck due to some issues that weren't there before. They promised to fix the truck but haven't been answering my calls or trying to resolve the problem, which is that the key won't come out of the ignition. They have terrible reviews, and I want a full refund because what they're doing to me and others is wrong and shouldn't be allowed.
