Oil change

I took the day off to go up there for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I first pulled I had an uneasy feeling on seeing kids there that day and no adults. Anyway... My hood is up and they are changing the oil when I noticed my engine smoking because the kid spilled oil all over it. I asked the one guy what the problem was and he replied there...

This car dealer ship is terrible. The receptionist always transfers you to the wrong department. I've been waiting for two parts for my car for over a month. Every time I call, they keep telling me that the parts ain't come in yet.

I had a really bad experience with the service department at Fred Martin Ford, Inc. I brought my brand new 2021 Ford Ecosport in because the radio kept going black. The service manager told me that my phone wasn't compatible, but I used the same phone in my 2020 Ford Ecosport without any issues. It seems like they don't really listen to their customers and just try to come up with excuses.
