Cuisinart review: Non-stick fry pan

I purchased one of your non-stick fry pans about 6 months ago and food is already sticking. I never use high heat and I mostly fry eggs and breakfast sausages.It is a model #59C22-30HCMBK. VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER PAYING OVER $50.00 FOR THIS! Purchased at Wallingford Ct. Wal-Mart approx. 6 mos ago. I have tried several brands of non-stick cookware and I really thought I had found the right pan. But as I stated after approximately 6 months( I don't remember exactly when I purchased this pan) I am noticing my eggs are sticking to several places in it. I never cook on high heat as my stove offers heat settings from 1 to 10 and I never go above 5. I only use a sponge to wash it. I am confused!
