I bought the compact deep fryer this year & I had to write this review. Especially after getting the cold shoulder from Cuisinart customer service phone person saying " I wouldn't be getting a refund" I received the fryer with no suction on the " so called magnetic cord" it's not so magnetic. I have bought cheaper compact fryers with way better magnetic cord connectors?
Why should Cuisinart get to sell higher price points when they are not as good as a Walmart brand like "Mainstay". I did not receive good or even mediocre customer service & I would recommend going through your credit card company because Cuisinart will not & does not care now that they have " made a name for themselves; WITH A LOT of HELP from CUSTOMERS"!
Recommendation: Buyer Beware Cuisinart Stinks!
