6 or 7 months ago I went to the CSpire Office, Pascagoula Ms, and cancelled my service. A male Cspire employee processed my cancel request and told me to have a nice trip because I was leaving the USA for a while. When I got back Cspire had my account transferred to a Collection Agency for $53.00. Collection company is Smith Roughon & Assoc., Jackson, Ms 39204. At my point of cancellation I owed Cspire $0. Cspire has damaged my credit and I tell you I do not take kindly to that!
I expect immediately action from Cspire to correct their error.
