Crunch Fitness review: membership cancellation

I've submitted an email regarding cancellation of my membership dated10/01/2018, which is hereto attached copy of the email . According to the email someone should be getting back with me. I've noticed from my bank statement that 39.00 was deducted and I just contacted the branch 12/1/18, where I found out that my membership was still on going. According to the contract, I can cancel via email! I've cancelled within the 20 days execution of the contract. Please someone call me at [protected].
