Cricket Wireless review: Cricket

On June 8 I went into store to buy a phone the young man convinced me to finance the phone that the phone was going to be 4 or $500. I left frustrated after 2 and 1/2 hours waiting I was in a hurry to go home. I left without the receipt I go back to get my receipt he had no receipt for me I still don't have the original receipt just the paper. I got an email from Bread pay with what I bought the young man tacked on a bunch of accessories even charging me twice for the same accessory at $39.99 each. When I went the next day I let him know what he did his boss was there she starts telling me if I want to return everything I'm just going to lose and I'm going to be there all day she starts talking fast .I start getting frustrated. At the end I'm paying for things I don't have and I'm very sad about it because it just takes one person to mess up everything I've been a customer for many years. I've always been happy being a customer of cricket but today I'm just sad and I feel that I got robbed.
