Cricket Wireless – Was a loyal customer for over 7 years. Just left them. Absolutely ridiculous

Recently had a issue with them I tried paying my bill. The app wouldn't allow me, theain page didnt lete either so I went to chat 45min before they closed. I sat no one came into chat 45 min I sat to be disconnected by the bot. So needless to say my service was turned off I explained I tried online through app and site and sat on hold for almost 1 hour and no one came to chat. I owed $43 dollars. They now tell me I have to pat $80 dollar to get my service reactivated. So I have to pay just about double of what I owed due to none of the reps came to chat plus a reactivation fee. So I am sorry but I not getting penalized for there incompetence staff.
