Just curious as to why cricket would hire an incompetent marketing manager. I am watching a completely English speaking movie channel when a completely Spanish speaking commercial comes on. To most people with common sense, this makes no sense. If businesses hired people that had marketing skills they would get better results. The wrong management can cost a business more than just profits, just ask Budlight marketing.

Recommendation: If their service is as bad as the marketing, you should look elsewhere, such as mint
