Never ever buy gold from wowkgold.com. I placed order and will never be able to get in touch with them. No live chat, no gold. So I wrote down this msg to let everyone be aware of this web site. The same thing happened to me.. although they can not tell me where they got my information from which makes it that more sacier.. The information that I did get was the telephone number is [protected] and the address to the coporate address is 13799 Park Blvd. North Suite 330 Seminole, FL 33776 although they REFUSE to refund my $21.90 because they stated it was not in the 2 day refund policy!!

My husband recieved a call from a person claiming to be able to get us a 9% or lower credit cards that we could consolidate all of our existing debt to. They ended up charging us $439 for the service which ends up to be nothing more than giving you phone numbers to call and apply for other credit cards. Total scam. We are trying to fight for our money back now.

I made the mistake of tryng this product and was unable to cancel until now- I have found a number to call to cancel. You must have the order# which is sent to you via an e-mail. the number to call is [protected]. You must use the first 1 or you do not get a person. Hope this help everyone. Also make them give you a cancellation number so you know they actually completed the task.
