Malayan Insurance review: I want to cut their charges to credit card

I am Lilebeth M. Palacio. I am here to file a complaint regarding to cutting Family Shield insurance in my credit card billing, in accordance to the advice of my bank. I already went to the bank, but they told me I have to make a complaint first in YGC customer service.
