Payment got behind because of The Pandemic, 1st Late fees Then Late fees put card over limit Now More Fees...Next I can't sign in to pay...I call OFFSHORE "Customer Service" told me your card cancelled! Nothing Ever came in the mail No online communications either* I get the hard to understand rep to finally remove one fee. Then she tells me everything is back online.
I sign in pay up my account & take note of Available Credit Approximately $150. Now A Month Later I go online to check everything & SURPRISE
You hv-$0 Available Credit ! I call offshore "cust-serv" I'm told card Cancelled Again!
& NO We Will Not Re-instate your card" period. This Feels Predatory.
Desired outcome: Please Reinstate My H.D. Card.
