This complaint reference #[protected] for $134.00 and code #RJM323388, then code #RJM338067 for $29.95 refunds /credits to . About an hour ago I called trislim and talked with a Hannah Miller alerting your company that someone there had used my credit card and charged my account with over $200. for your trislim products that I had NOT ordered. I ordered a $4.95 bottle to try. I was online last night and found these unauthorized charges.
So, I talked with this woman today and after MUCH discussion, the afore mentioned women gave me this pc address and told me to write this complaint to have my credit card credited with two charges of $15.95 and $14.99. Apparently this woman could only credit 90% of the charges that were applied to my credit. I ask you to please talk with this person and I am certain she will be able to give you the details of our conversation. I told her the charges must be credited to my acct. immediately. Then she gave me a number of a companion company to have another unauthorized charge of $19.95 removed that your company freely gave my credit card info to. Please make this situation and these charges go away after you credit my account appropriately. I doubt I will try the bottle I ordered after this incident your company unnecessarily made using my credit without my permission.Thank you for your help in this matter. Cordially, Elaine Coggin
