Credit Acceptance review: Fraudulent repossession

My car was impounded for 20 days due to a family member getting a DUI. When i went on day 2o to get the police release I was told CA had already gotten tge release. I was current on payments and now had to pay CA additional fees when there was no reason for them to puck it up. It was not ‘abandoned’ as they claimed, I was not allowed to get it before day 20. They were rude during the hours on the phone I spent trying to resolve this. A horrible company to deal with. Do anything you can to avoid this company.
