I have been having ongoing and increasingly more issues with an “unlimited” hosting plan that I purchased with Crazy Domains. It appears that my account is being progressively restricted e.g. backups have reloaded numerous times previous to a development site are not exceeding file size limitations.
I asked via chat late yesterday for an email address for a team leader/manager/supervisor so I could escalate an ongoing issue. The Crazy Domains team member provided me a contact which he eventually conceded was for a party who was not a Crazy Domains team member let alone a team leader/manager etc.
This is unacceptable and also a breach of the individual’s personal information.
There is no way to get past the chat/phone support firewall to talk to someone who actually can address your issues.
I have email threads, chat transcripts, portion attached, that I am happy to provide.
Desired outcome: I want either a refund for the breach of contract and an apology or a way to discuss the situation with someone in an authoritative position within Crazy Domains.
