i have booked two domains from my user name mobitell after successful transaction payment is deducted from my bank account after deducting payment from bank login panel of company is not working and my domains are still not booked and showing availlable on other sites. I am advising that crazy domains are giving fake domains and hosting plans and customer care no are not working beware from crazy domains and do not do any transaction from crazy domains

I was trying to renew my hosting but person (Philip Quino who was very aggressive and behaving as bully) wanted to charge me double what they charge new customers. Shocking customer service. I was told that if I don't want to pay that amount I will loose my customers because they will not be able to contact me. Than I was contacted by Von D. who told me that is going to do something about it in day or two ( and that was week ago). Complete waist of time. Be aware if you are new customer.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST WITH CRAZY DOMAINS!
This company signed me up to a website builder tool when I registered domain names. They then billed $50 and refuse give me a full refund despite my complaint and the partial refund they did propose was in store credit only.
Stay away from crazy domain, i have been charged/scammed INR 3216.12 / INR 3068 incl. 5 %TCS,
Guys if you have shared your details with crazy domain , kindly close your account or card.

I have received one message from bank INR 3216.21/INR 3068.00 incl. 5% TCS was spent at CRAZYDOMAINS.IN WEBSITE HOST SC on 21/09/22.
I had registered one domain 3 months back and now again they deducted money,
Guys kindly change your card or close bank account.
Stay away from crazydomain it's a fraud company they charged me twice 61 and 62$ in 3 months and I own 3 domains I never opt qny of their services and they charged me and in my account no billing invoices show in any of my 3 accounts. When I contact their customer support they ask for invoice but I never got any from them and I never even logged in those accounts from last 6 months but still they charged and they never sent any invoice so I can know what they are charging me for if you guys using CRAZY DOMAIN check your account they steal your money.
I have just been charged for an online domain name which is a version of my .com.au - only opened the emails today to see that one minute after an email from them offering this name I supposedly bought and paid for it... even though these emails had been sitting in my inbox for three weeks unread. They will not refund and continue to tell me I did this - even asked me for my IP address to prove it. Dodgy company trying to trick their loyal existing customers. Big mistake.
Disgraceful company. They charged me for a Domain name which was never created, charged me for email access that was never created. This is 12 months ago and now I see on my other email address that they have made an unauthorized debit from bank account for another year. Will be speaking to the telecommunications ombudsman!

Scammers! I bought 1 today got email saying the above, but I went to go-daddy and the domain was still available, so reading this review here i bought it my site is now connected.
You live and learn have deleted my payment details from them . Surprised they have not been investigated.
I TOO REGISTERED A DOMAIN AND ONE HOSTING, PAYMENT COMPLETED BUT NO DOMAIN AND HOSTING CAME TO MY ACCOUNT. THIS AUSTRALIAN COMPANY IS LOOTING US INDIANS. ONE OF US SHOULD TAKE A COURT ACTION TOWARDS THEM.
