I called home office about 3 weeks ago to talk to sumone about an employee that was wrongfully terminated, i left several messages. I wanted to use the "open door policy " i left my number so i could b reached but nobody ever called me back. I feel like i waz neglected. The cracker barrel i work at the management has poor comunication amongst employees and each other.
