CosmoProf — Bad customer service by owner
I went into Cosmo Prof today to purchase some items. I have been shopping there for years this was the first time I have ever experienced this type of service. I walked into the store, I was greeted by a male cashier with a warm welcome once I walked onto the aisle looking for my items the owner of the store came onto the aisle acting as thought she was doing inventory so I didn't think much of it after about two the three minutes I noticed every time I went to reach for something she was basically on top of me then another women came to the other end of the aisle acting as though she was shopping. I continued to shop then I couldn't find a few things I needed I asked the owner did she have this item she stated no we don't have it, after a few minutes looking for other items, I saw the item so I took the items in my hand to the counter so I could free up my hands to continue getting other items I needed, she continued being in my space I tried over looking her, a few minutes the other lady to the other end of the aisle just stood there so at that point I knew she was one of the workers as well, I asked her for another item I couldn't find, she took me over to another aisle once I explained what I was looking for she stated no we don't have that so I walked back to the aisle gathering the rest of my items I wanted to purchase at that time I spotted the second item I was told we don't have these items. I went to the register to pay for my things the male cashier came up to ring me up, one of my items I asked did he have something better in place of this one so he walked to the aisle to bring me what he though would work, at that time the owner comes to the register and ask me is this my first time coming into her store, I stated yes and this will be the last time. I paid for my items $56.82 before I could walk off she asked why would you feel that way, I stated, since you ask I'm going to let you know. I explained to her, customer service is everything instead of you learning your store so you can know where your items are you are to busy watching me. I have found every item you and your worker has told me you didn't have in the store you really need to practice better customer service instead of thinking I want to steal something you are missing sells telling clients you don't have something in the store when the items are here. After telling her the truth since she asked, she had the audacity to say to me well I feel you disrespecting me, at that point I knew then this women was a fool so I asked immediately for a refund this is not a place I would every give my business nor my money. So I drove to another Cosmo Prof in Norcross (6616) walked in the door was greeted by a worker, Mrs. Wendy it was like night and day this lady gave me my space until I asked her for her help then she engaged in a conversation that made me feel like a person who was so welcome for coming into her store I spent $61.99 and felt good about making my purchase. Its so sad we have to deal with ignorant people. In order for us to make a different we have to stop given places like that our business they need to be put out of business if they are not willing to treat people with dignity.
