Securus Technologies review: This is sad

It's honestly sad that this is the only way that we can stay connected to our inmate. They are not helpful and I understand that they're just the platform in which these messages are sent and received. I also wish they had a little bit of compassion for the people inside and their loved ones because a lot of the problems can't be fixed from the inside. They are not in a rush to aid people to have phone calls, video visits or obtain records of messages etc. I called in regards to some of these issues and the representative refuse so let me talk to management. There is no accountability, DOC will point the finger at Securus and vice versa. Super sad...
