I've tried all phone numbers as well as emailing, and I can not get a human being to answer or respond. I get the same number that redirects you to the same line that is automated only. I can not add money to my account which I've had for like ten years, it keeps declining my payments and I can not log into the app because I created an account via phone and thus have no login info and can not reach a human being to troubleshoot it or correct problems.

It's quite ridiculous that they are unable to provide any sort of support for the service you've had for years. Put as much pressure on them as required in order to make them answer and solve the problem.
I am having the same issue, I can not for the life of me get a live person. I can't add money to the debit account, says to do it online. I go online to do this and I get ERROR ~ We are unable to process your request, please contact customer services at [protected]. So I do this and it tells me to do it online. I am caught in a LOOP.
